These crunchy morsels are a healthy 'chip' beautifully salted and extremely additive! I love nibbling at these working at Mondays whole foods so making some at home from my overgrown kale was thoughtless. To bad they don't last longer..... yum!
Ingredients

2 bunches kale ( about 10 stalks ) - roughly chopped
2 Tbsp oil
handful sesame seeds
Salt

Method

In a bowl add your kale, oil and sesame seeds. Massage kale with your fingers until you have evenly covered it with both oil and seeds. Spread out onto a baking tray and allow to bake at 180°C until crisp, around 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and store in a jar.

Enjoy
